Refunds
Cancelling, and getting money back.
Nobody should have to fight to stop paying for something. This page says how to cancel, what happens afterwards, and when we give money back.
Cancelling
Bought on the web. Open the app, go to My Account, and use Manage or cancel under your plan. That opens Paddle's own page for your subscription. You can also use the link in any receipt Paddle has emailed you.
Bought in the iOS app. Apple handles it: iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions → TourWell → Cancel. We cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you, and neither can Paddle. Apple does not allow it.
Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not end the period you have already paid for: the plan keeps working until that period runs out.
What happens to your tours
Nothing is deleted. When the subscription ends, the artists it carried become read-only. Every date, fee, contact and document stays exactly where it is and stays readable. What stops is editing. Subscribe again and editing resumes with nothing to restore.
If you want your data actually gone, that is a separate request and we will do it: email datarequest@tourwellapp.com.
Refunds
Within 14 days of a first purchase, ask and we will refund it in full. No reasoning required. This covers the case that matters most: you paid, tried it on a real tour, and it is not right for how you work.
An accidental renewal. You meant to cancel, the payment went through anyway, and you have not used the new period. We refund it. Tell us within 14 days of the charge.
Part-used periods are not normally refunded, because the plan kept working for the whole time. If something on our side made TourWell unusable for a stretch, say so and we will sort it out properly rather than point at this page.
Refunds go back to the card that paid, through whoever took the payment. That takes a few working days on Paddle's side and longer on Apple's.
Where to ask
Web purchases: email hello@tourwellapp.com and we will arrange it with Paddle, or contact Paddle directly using the link on your receipt. Paddle is the merchant of record for web purchases, so the refund is theirs to process. But you should not have to work that out, so ask us and we will handle it.
App Store purchases: Apple processes these and we genuinely cannot. Use reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple turns you down and you think that is wrong, tell us and we will see what we can do.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or somewhere else with a legal cooling-off period, you have those rights regardless of anything on this page, and nothing here reduces them.
